Tune In Here.
The first is an audio only stream and the other is a video & audio stream from our studio web cam.
The audio only stream uses an application called Streamer.
Streamer is a very small install, will run on almost any windows based computer and uses minimal system resources.
The video & audio stream uses a web based application called Ustream. Since it is web based, it is not installed on your computer. The Ustream application uses more system resources and could slow down your computer a bit more if you are surfing or checking email while listening.
Instructions for both methods are listed below.
Thanks for listening.
Regular way to tune in using Streamer.
We use Streamer to broadcast our programs. In order to hear our broadcast, you will need to have the Streamer Player installed. It is a very small installation and will run on almost any Windows based PC. Even if you have an old Windows 98 machine sitting around.
The best results come from a broadband connection.
The Streamer Player can also be installed on a Linux PC, like those running the Ubuntu OS, when installed using WiNE. Check your Linux suport site or the Streamer Forum for more info about this type of installation.
The easiest way to start the Streamer player is to click on the "PLAY" button below, do a "lite install" of Streamer and start playing our stream.
Using this method, the Streamer player "ICON" (BLUE square with YELLOW X) will show up in your system tray at the lower right corner of your desktop.
To fully open the player onto your desktop, just click on that Icon.
When the Streamer player is on your desktop, you will see all the controls for rewind (<<), play (>), stop (O) and fast forward (>>) at the lower left of the Streamer player.
You will also see a volume slider on the lower edge of the player.
You will also see a DJ Chat button on the lower right of the player that you can use to join us in the chat room.
Using this "lite install" method will remove the Streamer player when you close the player using the "X" in the upper right corner of the player.
When you want to play our stream again, return here and hit "PLAY"
SPECIAL NOTE: Using the Streamer player will require the use of "ActiveX Control" to complete the installation the first time only.
Active X will show up in a pop up window and ask you to continue.
CLICK ON THE PLAY BUTTON HERE
New way to tune in using Ustream.
Just click on the link below and our Ustream page will open.
You will hear the audio when the page opens.
When we are LIVE in studio, you will see the video stream.
Thanks for watching!

Tune In Help.
Please give us your feedback on our "Contact, Feedback" page.
I have gotten word that some potential listeners are having problems tuning in using the Streamer player.
If you see the message "Seeking Source" on the top "Blue Bar" of your Streamer player, please give the player some time to start receiving and playing the stream. We have gotten reports that this can take several minutes, in some cases, depending upon your connection method. Wireless connections seem to be especially prone to this condition.
On a recent trip, I tuned in using my laptop at the local Starbucks and the Streamer player took about 3 minutes to start playing the broadcast stream. I have gotten one report of a 5 minute wait time.
It seems that some connection problems stem from the fact that those listeners are behind a "firewall", of some sort, and unable to receive the broadcast stream.
If you are having problems tuning in, please drop us a note from the Contact, Feedback page and tell us about it.
We are working on finding a solution to this problem.
Thank you for your patience.
